Employing Holistic Automation with Worksoft Connective Automation Platform

While automation has the potential to help organizations achieve their objectives to do more with less, traditional automation that’s brittle and disconnected cannot deliver scalable, ongoing value.

Join Worksoft at our session on Sep 22, 2022 at 01.00 PM IST to learn how a closed-loop approach to automation breaks down barriers between systems, teams, and data analytics to facilitate business and IT alignment, enabling faster time to value with reduced risk and rework for digital transformations. Explore how this approach unlocks the potential of automation when assets are no longer siloed between disparate systems and solutions. Instead, automation can be created, shared, and repurposed to understand, refine, and run your business processes—all from a single platform. In this session, we’ll discuss how Connective Automation seamlessly connects the full life cycle of a business process from process intelligence to testing to RPA, creating a common context for IT and business to collaborate and prioritize, with unmatched abilities to:

  • Understand the “as-is” state of any given business process
  • De-risk changes before they impact end-users
  • Optimize processes across applications

Senior Manager of Sales Engineers – EMEA, Worksoft

Nic has had over 20 years of experience in enterprise software with a very keen interest in automation. He has been involved in different automation domains from automating ITSM processes to client device automation, automating document processing as well as automated testing.

He has also been fortunate to also be able to traverse multiple roles and gather experience across different functions and has been in administration, professional services, consulting, solutions architecture, and pre-sales.

As a technologist, Nic strongly believes in the value that technology brings to individuals and organizations. Automation is a key enabler in increasing value and quality throughout an organization while still achieving greater efficiency. Automation without process understanding however can have the opposite effect. In light of that, Nic is also currently involved in helping organizations understand how process intelligence leads to better automation across the enterprise.
