Nic has had over 20 years of experience in enterprise software with a very keen interest in automation. He has been involved in different automation domains from automating ITSM processes to client device automation, automating document processing as well as automated testing.

He has also been fortunate to also be able to traverse multiple roles and gather experience across different functions and has been in administration, professional services, consulting, solutions architecture, and pre-sales.

As a technologist, Nic strongly believes in the value that technology brings to individuals and organizations. Automation is a key enabler in increasing value and quality throughout an organization while still achieving greater efficiency. Automation without process understanding however can have the opposite effect. In light of that, Nic is also currently involved in helping organizations understand how process intelligence leads to better automation across the enterprise.
