As an Associate Director at Aon, I drive business growth for the company’s key leadership development, HR and Manager Capability offerings. In addition to her corporate role, she is passionate about social entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusion. She is the Founder of a globally recognized, award-winning women’s social enterprise, Visiting faculty at various business schools where she teaches diversity and inclusion in the workplace and th Advisory board member of two non-profit organizations.
